The loony, liberal, conservative phobic left is at it again!

The loony, liberal, conservative phobic left is at it again.  The nonsensical, hate filled rhetoric from prominent democrats such as Vice President Joe Biden and now congressional representative Maxine Waters is shameful at best. The very party that professes to be champions of tolerance, diversity, and a free civil debate of ideas, has been anything but tolerant, diverse, or civil in recent months.  The most recent outburst from representative Waters where she said “ the Tea Party can go straight to hell”, is a prime example of just how much the loony, conservative phobic left despises We The People that  support the basic ideals of the Tea Party movement.

How dare the Vice President of the United States try to equate the Tea Party ideals of  our government cutting spending, capping spending, and balancing the federal budget  as an act of terrorism.  Yet, during the debt ceiling debate earlier this month, that is exactly what he did.

The hatred of the will of the American people is not limited to the democratic elite in Washington D.C., the loony; leftists in the conservative phobic media are just as shameful.  In a column that appeared in the New York Times, Joe Nocera wrote [These last few months, much of the country watched in horror as the Tea Party Republicans have waged jihad on the American people.  Their intransigent demands for deep spending cuts, coupled with their almost gleeful willingness to destroy one of America’s most invaluable assets, its full faith and credit, were incredibly irresponsible.  But they didn’t care.  Their goal, they believed, was worth blowing up the county for, if that’s what it took.]  As it turned out, the irresponsible attitude of the democrat, controlled senate of refusing to cut the budget resulted in the downgrading of the credit rating of the United States.  However, the loony, leftists in the conservative phobic media insist that the patriotic Tea Party activists throughout America are responsible for the United States getting its credit downgraded. 

Can you imagine the outcry of the left if We The People that make up the Tea Party movement had the cooperation of the mainstream media?  What if We The People then used the media to  convince the American people that the Obama administration along with the democrats in both houses were committing economic terrorism when they spent trillions of our tax dollars on Wall Street bailouts and worthless stimulus packages?  What if we would have equated President Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid as Islam Jihadists for shoving and unconstitutional healthcare mandate down our throats?  How would the left like it if We The People accused  the President of  committing treason by ignoring the constitution and effectively giving amnesty to millions of lawbreakers via executive order instead of going through congress?  

The hateful rhetoric has to stop.  Even the liberals must understand that we are tearing this country apart when we call the American people the enemy or terrorists. For representative Maxine Waters to tell the American people as a whole that they can all go straight to hell was absolutely wrong and she owes us an apology.  The Vice President is in the same boat as far as I am concerned; he needs to apologize to the American people for portraying us as terrorists.

In my opinion, the liberals really ought to try hard to be civil.  Should they fail to head this warning, they will likely suffer massive landslide losses in 2012.
