An illegal immigrant woman charged with killing her four children and her husband shocked onlookers in court when she gave television news cameras a thumbs up while smiling bizarrely.
33-year-old Maria Isabel Garduno-Martinez, who entered illegally into the United States from Mexico, was charged with stabbing her children and husband to death early Thursday morning in their home near Atlanta, Georgia.

This is so disgusting sad. I see no reason to keep this person alive. If she can do this to her own family- her own children- what is to keep her from murdering me or my children or you and yours? The worst part, because she is an illegal, she will probably walk away from this all. What’s worse, is she will probably have more babies. What kind of life will they have. And then the one child that is still alive, what kind of life has she left for that child? I’m in favor of an instant death sentence for cases such as this.
