I personally believe that he did not receive strong enough charges. A man died from the protesting in Oregon when the ambulance couldn’t get through.I believe these protesters should be charged with some sort of murder charge. It is one thing to protest, but it is another to cause harm to other people and property.

When about two hundred of us gathered in east Phoenix to protest Obamacare, the police told us that as long as we stayed on the sidewalk, and did not impede traffic, we could peacefully protest all day as per the first amendment. We lined both sides of the street as Obama was in town and his motorcade was going to pass there. What these people are doing is NOT peaceful protesting. When blocking the road, they should be arrested.
