He shouldn’t have went to a Catholic hospital for the procedure. I know a white girl, less that 30 years old, never had children, had major medical issues for having a hysterectomy, the catholic hospital in the town that she lived in refused to do the operation, she had to go to a neighboring town. I say the person in this article is an idiot for going to a Catholic hospital to attempt to have that procedure.

Maybe I am not understanding your reply correctly, Right, the hospital refused, it violates the Catholic faith. That is a well know fact. They refuse do do hysterectomy’s for women with medical reason. Also, a well known fact. So why did this person go to, and expect a Catholic hospital to serve him? Like I said, a Catholic hospital refused to do one for my friend because she was younger than 30 and there were medical reason for her to have one.
Did you ever apply for work at a Catholic Hospital? Look at their application. It used to have a section on religion. I am saying that I don’t think he should be allowed to sue and that he was an idiot for going to a Catholic hospital for the procedure. He is showing his own stupidity.
In my opinion, why would you want someone cutting on you that doesn’t want to. Do you not care about your life. Just as if I wanted a cake made for my gay wedding and a bakery refused to make it, I wouldn’t want their cake, as they might poison me or not make is the exact color or, etc. The quality of the cake would most likely not be as good if they didn’t want to make it. If I buy coffee at McDonald’s, I would expect it to be Hot!

OK,the fag didn’t have any business going to a Catholic hospital to have that done in the first place. It seems to me, that the only reason this “woman” transitioning into a “man” tried to have this procedure done was to cause trouble and have a reason to sue them. Catholic hospitals usually reject procedures dealing with the reproductive system because it violates Catholic doctrine. Freedom of religion applies to all not just Muslims.
