From the beginning of this republican primary campaign season, media talking heads of the mainstream media have consistently tried to pick the republican nominee. They are convinced that conservatives are the minority of the voters in this election and that only a RINO such as Mitt Romney can beat President Obama in the general election. Although there have been only three contests to date, the RINO, Mitt Romney, has only won one of them. With Rick Santorum’s delayed victory in Iowa, and now Newt Gingrich’s landslide victory in South Carolina, my scorecard has conservatives leading RINOs and the mainstream media 2-1. The next contest is Florida. The mainstream media talking heads are already salivating over the pre primary public opinion polls, as they believe that RINO Romney will win decisively. During the next week or so, the media will ram poll after poll down our throats to convince voters that RINO Romney is the candidate of choice. As they have time and again ,the media stooges will run to left-wing democrat nut job Debbie Wasserman Schultz , rather than talking to conservative republican Allen West for a realistic opinion of what to expect in the Florida republican primary. Regardless of whether the media chooses to give credibility to Congresswoman Schultz, Congressman West, or a beer chugging, alligator wrestling, redneck living near the Florida Everglades, the only public opinion poll that will count is the one that republican voters participate in January 31st. The fact is, conservatives, not the media, will pick the republican nominee. A RINO vs. Obama rematch is exactly what the Obama cheerleaders of the alphabet networks and the Obama campaign is hoping to see. They believe that the conservative landslide of the 2010 mid-term election was a fluke. They refuse to understand that people are mad as hell at Obama and Harry Reid for refusing to listen to the “Tea Party” conservatives that we elected to cut the budget and cap the spending. While it is true that independent voters will have a major impact on the result of the general election, the mainstream media mistakenly believes that RINO Romney is the only candidate other than Obama that independent voters will support. What the mainstream media does not comprehend is that the majority of the supporters of the conservative “Tea Party” movement are independent voters. Republican candidates may have been the benefactors of the 2010 mid-term conservative landslide, but for the most part, independent voters elected them. The mainstream media should not be so quick to project RINO Romney as the automatic nominee for the Republican Party. Although the process has just begun, the score is 2-1 in favor of conservatives over RINO Romney and the mainstream media.
Thank You South Carolina! Conservatives 2, RINO Romney and the Mainstream Media 1
