I’m sure they did, But what about the dead people. Do they have it all straightened out.Who did the dead people vote for? BUT, but the popular vote means absolutely nothing where the presidential election is concerned. Saying someone won the popularity vote is like FAKE news. It has no bearing what so ever, it is some of the most misrepresented information ever. Here is why. In this election, there were basic four people running, right. We know some people didn’t vote because they were sure Hilary would win and their vote wouldn’t count so they didn’t vote. There were people that voted for Trump because they didn’t want Hilary. And just the opposite, there were people that voted for Hilary because they didn’t want Trump. There were people that voted for Gary Johnson because they wanted him to get more election funds and because they thought he was a good candidate and because they refused to vote for either of the other two. I don’t know why people voted for Jill Stien, but they did and probably more would have if they thought a vote for her would have counted and made a difference. However, I would wager to guess that if this had been strictly a popularity vote and all voters thought their vote would actually count, I would wager, that Gary Johnson, would have gained a lot more votes, Hilary would have gotten even less votes, and Trump, well he could have gotten more or less, but since this was not a popularity vote, there is no way possible for anyone to know how the 2016 election would have turned out had it been a popularity vote instead of an electoral vote. That’s just it, it was NOT a popularity vote it was an electoral vote so to say one won the popular votes is like saying the race was run by apples and apples only, but the oranges won and the prunes came in in second place. If it was a race for apples only, where the hell did the oranges and prunes come from? AGAIN, had this been a POPULARITY vote, there is NO WAY for anyone to know what the results would have been. Before people go pushing for the popularity vote, they need to think twice and make sure they are looking at the BIG picture and not some misrepresented information.

Suzie; This is your best response yet. One fact that the people who are touting Hillary’s popular vote win are neglecting to understand or report is, Hillary DID NOT receive a MAJORITY of the vote. 48% is not a majority. However 60% is and that is the percentage of states that President Trump won.

Well, Thank You! Thank You very much. I quit paying attention to who they are saying did or didn’t win the popular vote, because as I stated above, it is the most worthless information/conversation that I can think of. It was not a popularity election.
