For the past two years the arrogance of this President has been very evident. However, arrogance alone is not impeachable. The constitution is very clear on what an impeachable offence is. Total disrespect for the Constitution of the United States may not rise to the test of what is impeachable, but it must be considered along with citing misdemeanors, felonies, high crimes and treason. Congress must do its job and save this country and our constitution before it is too late. What kind of impeachable offences has Obama committed? Let me lay it out for you. Let’s start with the ruling that was made by U.S. District Court Judge Martin Feldman of New Orleans. In his decision dated June 22, 2010, Judge Feldman granted an injunction against the Obama administration voiding their moratorium of drilling off of the Gulf coast for oil. Following Obama’s instructions, U.S. Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar effectively gave the finger to Judge Feldman and put second moratorium in place in July. However, by October it became apparent that Judge Feldman was going to nullify this moratorium too. Reluctantly and defiantly Salazar and Obama lifted this ban. Regardless of the ruling by Judge Feldman the Obama administration pushed forward with their plans to stop drilling off of the Gulf coast by not allowing any deep water drilling permits to be issued. On Tuesday February 2nd, Judge Feldman ruled that the Obama administration has acted with “determined disregard” of his June 2010 ruling and declared that Obama was in contempt of court. Under Title 18 U.S.C. § 4 Obama is committing a federal felony and should be impeached .This is just the first example of the arrogance and total disregard for the constitution that this president has. On January 31st Roger Vinson, Senior United States District Judge ruled that The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act aka Obamacare is unconstitutional. Unlike other rulings, Judge Vinson’s ruling declared the entire law unconstitutional. His ruling also put an injunction on implementation in place. Obama undoubtedly will appeal his decision but until he gets a stay of execution of this injunction, further implementation of Obamacare is in contempt of court. Obama is not a dictator yet. He is only the executive in charge of one branch of our government. He cannot be allowed to ignore the law and pick and choose which court ruling he wants to follow. He has to be impeached and impeached now. As further evidence that this rouge president has committed high crimes and misdemeanors, I refer you to an essay written by radio talk show host Dr. Michael Savage where he makes the case that the fall of the Mubarak government of Egypt was set up by Obama. Go to http://www.michaelsavage.com to read the report. Finally, respected congresswoman Michelle Bachmann has posted a link on her facebook page which she comments “I pray this isn’t true”. The link is to a story that was released on February 4th by British reporters Mathew Moore, Gordon Rayner, and Christopher Hope. In their report from their blog titled The Telegraph, they expose WikiLeaks cables which show that Obama gave information to Russia about every Trident missile that the U.S. supplies to Great Britain. Obama used our very closest ally’s top secret nuclear missile information including serial numbers of each missile as a bargaining chip to get the Russians to approve the new S.T.A.R.T, treaty. This despicable action taken by Obama was done behind Great Britain’s back. Our strongest ally, Great Britain, had previously refused to confirm the exact size of her nuclear arsenal to the Russians. However, in his defiant, arrogant, anti American persona, Obama did it for them. This president has put the very survival of our representative republic in jeopardy and will continue to so until he is impeached. That is why every patriotic American should be demanding that congress IMPEACH OBAMA NOW!
